ONOFilm.org provides information about ONO, including the film and its story, educational and community resources, screenings and events, related media, opportunities to participate, ways to support the project and ID8’s nonprofit work, and other related offerings.

RELATIONSHIP TO GLOBAL ALOHA AND ID8

ONO is a film project of Global Aloha. Global Aloha is an initiative of ID8, a Hawaiʻi nonprofit organization.

References on this website to “ONO,” “ONO Film,” or “Global Aloha” describe projects, programs, initiatives, or activities conducted by or on behalf of ID8 and do not imply that ONO or Global Aloha is a separate legal entity from ID8.

ID8 is the nonprofit organization responsible for the charitable activities associated with ONO and Global Aloha.

DONATIONS

ONOFilm.org may provide opportunities to make charitable contributions to ID8 in support of ONO, Global Aloha, and related programs and activities.

Donations may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo, and are also subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated, donations are voluntary charitable contributions and do not constitute the purchase of goods or services.

You may indicate a preferred program or purpose for your contribution, including ONO. Unless a contribution is expressly accepted by ID8 as a legally restricted gift, such designations are treated as donor preferences, and ID8 retains appropriate discretion and control over the use of donated funds consistent with its charitable purposes and applicable law.

If a designated project or program is completed, discontinued, fully funded, or circumstances make the original purpose impractical, ID8 may use the contribution for a related charitable purpose or where it can best advance the organization’s mission, to the extent permitted by law.

Information regarding the tax deductibility of a contribution is provided for general informational purposes only. Donors should consult their own tax advisers regarding their individual circumstances.

PURCHASES AND ONLINE STORE

If ONOFilm.org offers merchandise or other products for purchase, the online store may be operated using WooCommerce and third-party payment providers.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping information, and other store information may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display products and information accurately but cannot guarantee that all descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, or other information will always be complete or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel or limit orders, and refuse transactions when reasonably necessary.
